Sal Gharibyar

Sal has worked in real estate since 2004 and is the Broker/Owner of Blackstone Signature Properties & Investments. Over more than two decades, he has represented buyers, sellers and investors through different market cycles while developing a practical understanding of pricing, negotiation, property preparation, renovation and rental ownership.

His work is centered on clear communication and hands-on guidance. Whether a client is purchasing a first home, preparing a property for sale, evaluating an investment or looking for help managing a rental, the goal is to provide one experienced point of contact from strategy through execution.
